1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vd8.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and vd8. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the vd8 platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any feature of the vd8 platform. The Agreement is written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Amendments

vd8 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond a notice posted on the platform. Your continued use of vd8 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use vd8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional player, syndicating player, or operating any form of betting group or syndicate using the vd8 platform without prior written consent.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on vd8 or any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion policies apply.
• You have not previously had an account closed by vd8 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of vd8 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

2.1 Age Verification

vd8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until age verification is completed to vd8's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be withheld. Accounts confirmed to be held by players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active vd8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being closed and all balances being voided. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify vd8 support immediately.

3 Account Registration

To use the full range of vd8 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

3.1 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. vd8 relies on the accuracy of registration data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. If inaccuracies are discovered, vd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and to withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your vd8 account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify vd8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

vd8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vd8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vd8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Verification is also required if your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being paused.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vd8 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

vd8 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet
• Visa and Mastercard (where available via supported banking partners)

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at vd8 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, however higher deposit amounts may trigger additional identity verification steps. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to the relevant payment provider's capabilities.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts
• Rocket and Upay: within 30–60 minutes for fully verified accounts
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days

vd8 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for checking their provider's fee schedule.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

vd8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. vd8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction it considers unusual. Attempts to use vd8 as a vehicle for money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vd8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer and to the general rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the vd8 welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount, percentage match, and wagering requirements applicable at the time of your registration will be clearly displayed on the promotions page. Eligibility is subject to account verification and compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirement completion; bets placed using bonus funds contribute at a rate specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of award. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vd8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and using the platform solely as a conduit for bonus extraction. vd8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

vd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account unless required by law or in response to suspected fraud.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

vd8 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd8 platform:

• Fraud and Dishonesty: Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct directed at vd8 or other players is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live casino games, is strictly forbidden.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets is prohibited. All wagers must be placed manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or incorrectly displayed odds is prohibited. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events where you have any form of inside knowledge, or participating in or benefiting from match-fixing activities, is prohibited and may result in criminal referral.
• Underage Access: Facilitating access to the vd8 platform by a person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with minors, is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through vd8 support constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

vd8 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, vd8 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: void bets, reverse withdrawals, suspend the account, permanently close the account, and forfeit all balances.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

vd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• The account is the subject of a chargeback dispute.
• Continuing to permit the account to operate would pose a financial, reputational, or legal risk to vd8.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (see Section 7.2 below).

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your vd8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be voided at the time of closure. Account closure requests from players who have not yet completed identity verification may require KYC documentation before closure and balance return can be processed.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has taken place for 12 consecutive months. vd8 will notify you by email before applying an inactivity fee. An administration fee of ৳200 per month will be deducted from the remaining real-money balance of inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes, whichever comes first. This policy does not apply to accounts under active self-exclusion or accounts under verification review.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the terms set out in the vd8 Responsible Gaming Policy. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with use of the vd8 platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

vd8 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency system updates, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond vd8's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. vd8 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game or sports betting market, vd8 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. The decision of vd8 in respect of any malfunction dispute is final.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are governed in part by the terms and conditions of those providers. vd8 is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misconduct originating within third-party game software. Disputes relating specifically to game content should be directed to vd8 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vd8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the vd8 platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming regulation. vd8 operates as a fair-play certified platform and provides a safe and reliable service to Bangladeshi players using industry-standard SSL encryption and independently audited game software. Any dispute arising from your use of vd8 that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
